We are doing the hardest job on the planet - on top of doing a job that makes us money, running a household, being a partner, best friend, driver, teacher, chef, entertainer.. You get the idea. You are burning the candle on both ends and in the middle - and that will get you exhausted. And you have no clue how to do this right. And why would you? There is no training or rule book.
