Meet Kim

So let me tell you a bit more about me. I guess you can say that I am the poster child for the theory that “Life is what is happening while you make plans”.
If you would have told me 5 years ago that today I would be living in rural Sagaponack, two hours out of Manhattan, would be married to my best friend of 25 years, became a proud mom to an awesome little boy and am currently pregnant with a second - all that, while running my very own coaching business and with that making a major difference to a lot of women's lives - I would have probably choked on my Gin Tonic on the rooftop of Soho House Berlin.
Boy, did my life change. I thought I had it all figured out. As a former Media Executive I was used to running the show - literally - as I was working for a German TV station, responsible for shows watched by millions. I waited a long time to become a mother, so I thought I knew it all. I had seen all my friends walk into motherhood and get stuck, confused and lost, and was sure I would never make the same mistakes when I would finally become a mother too.

Little did I know...

NOTHING prepares you for what happens once you switch to that other side. And it is different for all of us too. Welcome to motherhood - forget everything you know and hold on tight. It will be a hell of a ride.
As if all this new territory, the wave of emotions and responsibility at a level that I could not dream possible would not have been enough, I added “starting over in a different country while pregnant” to the mix. It worked as a turbo booster in getting me into overwhelm, feeling lonely and losing my identity in - no time - really. While I knew I was at the right place, logistically and emotionally - I was not living my best life. I was frantically trying to figure out what that could be. I will spare you the rabbit holes I dove into thinking it would give me peace of mind. I realized I needed to figure out what my best life TODAY would look like.
It took me a long while to sort it all out and reinvent myself. I knew I did not want to go back into a corporate job, but be close by to see my son grow up. So I turned to coaching, I had worked as a Media Coach for over 5 years and knew I loved helping people to help themselves and get better. So I went back to school, got a certificate and became a Life Coach. I since then made it my mission to help other moms get clarity on what they want their life to look like and how to get there.
I took my experience, my personal mess and my passion and turned it into my dream life. My goal is to help you achieve the same thing - without the roadblocks and the procrastination.

It's Okay To Want More.
