You've built something real.Â
You know your work matters. But when it comes to being visible — showing up on camera, creating content, letting people see you — something stops you.Â
You wait until it feels perfect.
You overthink the caption. You record seven takes and post none of them.
This workshop isn't about performing. It's about presence.
You'll create content that actually reflects who you are. Not polished into oblivion. Not waiting for someday.
Just clear. Calm. And usable right away.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is
- Guided, hands-on practice with the camera
- Real content you can use immediately
- A calm, held space to be seen
- Practical and actionable
This is not
- A traditional camera skills class
- Hustle culture or "get visible fast"
- Performance or pretending
Â
IT IS TIME TO STEP INTO THE SPOTLIGHT!
SHOW UP ON CAMERA FOR INSTAGRAMÂ
Spots are intentionally limited. This is not a large event or a packed room. This is personal.
We’re hosting this workshop at Gurney’s, very deliberately. The spaces have been renovated so beautifully that they almost do part of the work for you. Calm, light, thoughtful details everywhere. It’s the kind of background that makes you think, I could actually film here. And you can.
You’ll have space around you, time to slow down, and enough attention to actually create without feeling rushed or watched. The format is supportive and grounded. No performing. No pressure to get it perfect. We work step by step, with real guidance and real examples, so you’re not guessing what to do or where to begin.
Coffee and light snacks will be available throughout the workshop. Afterward, we’ll break for lunch, which is optional and self-pay. You’re also welcome to stay and use the spa at Gurney’s, which is included. Some women will want to take advantage of that, reset a little, maybe even film more once they’ve settled into the space. All of that is part of the experience.
This isn’t about becoming louder, more polished, or more “on.” It’s about showing up as yourself, in a way that feels grounded and doable. Nothing forced. Nothing performative. Just practice, clarity, and forward motion.
1–2 confident talking-head videos
Clear, natural videos you can actually post. No overthinking required. We will create a template you can use and learn how to use the teleprompter to make it all work.
Using AI as your content assistant
What to say? How not to say too much, or not enough? We will make sure to use AI as your content creator assistant who speaks just like you!Â
A lifestyle video content vault
B-roll of you working, walking, thinking. Real moments you can repurpose for months. I'll walk you through how to get the most out of 30 minutes of filming.
A felt shift around being seen
Not just content. A new way of relating to your own visibility. No more Social Media overwhelm - this is like riding a bike, once you let go it becomes second nature.
