BOOK KIM
KIM LENAR-EHRHARDT

I help women stop
shrinking — on stage,
in business, and in life.

Former media executive. Founder of The Hyve Hamptons. Keynote speaker. Visibility mentor. I've built communities, crossed continents, and learned the hard way that being "the strong girl" isn't a superpower. It's a trap.

THE STORY BEHIND THE WORK

I used to be the general.
Then I burned out.

In Germany, they called me "the general." I ran newsrooms, made the hard calls, and never once asked for help. I thought that was strength.

Then I moved to the US, hit a wall of mean-girl dynamics, and realized that being the strong girl was the loneliest thing I'd ever done.

So I built the community I wished I'd had. The Hyve now has 200+ members. My keynote is the story I never planned to tell — and the one that changes rooms.
